Doing the Dukan, Day 1

Sooooo, i have finally taken the plunge and commenced the much talked about Dukan Diet.  I have been considering it for a while now as i have slowly piled on the pounds over the last few months.  After much research and lots of positive reading, i think its for me, it seems u may get instant results which will def keep me interested, anything less than instant n it will be gone lol, im not known for my patience!!

I weighed in this morning.....60.9kg!!! the heaviest i have ever been and i refuse to get any bigger.  I feel motivated to lose at least 10kg and get back down to a size im more used to and comfortable with.  The food was ok, i had oatbran porridge for brekkie, mini quiches (with ham instead of the pastry!! a genius idea) for lunch, and 2 pieces of fish marinated in a dash of lemon juice and soy for dinner.  I made vanilla flavoured yoghurt to snack on inbetween times (low fat of course)

Thats it for the first day, no side effects as yet, and no urges to eat anything on the banned list :D result!!

cant wait to weigh in tomorrow and see if i have lost anything!!!

  1. dont forget cinnamon in your morning porridge - its an appetite suppressant.
